Payment Terms

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Processing charges, bank charges, and non-refundable booking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Travel Documents

Changes to Itinerary

- We reserve the right to substitute hotels, vehicles, routes, sightseeing locations, or activities with suitable alternatives whenever necessary.
- Such changes shall not entitle travelers to compensation or refunds.
Transportation Services
- Vehicles are allocated according to the selected package and group size.
- Drivers are instructed to follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical issues are beyond our control.
Hotel Accommodation
- Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel’s policies.
- Room allocation is subject to availability.

Customer Responsibilities
